Honoring Rising Leaders Shaping the Future of the Commonwealth
EASTON, PA — [APRIL 29, 2026] — The Pennsylvania Latino Convention (PALC) proudly announces the opening of nominations for the 2026 “20 Under 40 Most Influential Latinos” Awards, a statewide recognition celebrating exceptional Latino leaders under the age of 40 who are driving progress, innovation, and community impact across the Commonwealth.
The awards will be presented during the 2026 Pennsylvania Latino Convention, taking place September 20–22, 2026, in Easton. This year’s convention will be hosted at the historic State Theatre Center for the Arts, which will be celebrating its 100th anniversary.
The “20 Under 40” distinction honors individuals whose leadership, service, and professional excellence uplift Latino communities and contribute to a stronger, more equitable Pennsylvania. Nominees may come from any sector, including public service, education, business, health, arts and culture, nonprofit leadership, technology, media, and grassroots advocacy.
“Pennsylvania’s Latino communities are home to extraordinary talent and leadership,” said Norman Bristol Colon, Chair of PALC. “This recognition highlights the individuals who are not only excelling in their fields but are also shaping the future of our Commonwealth through service, innovation, and commitment to community.”
Nominations are now open to the public, including community members, organizations, employers, and institutions. Self‑nominations are also accepted. Awardees will be featured during the convention’s official program and across PALC media platforms.
