The Pennsylvania Latino Convention is more than a conference—it is a powerful, intentional movement designed to empower, educate, and celebrate Latino communities while building bridges across cultures. Pennsylvania’s Latino community is the fastest-growing population segment in the state, accounting for over half of its population growth in the past three decades. Representing more than 1.3 million residents, this dynamic community is reshaping the Commonwealth’s future. PALC stands as the only statewide Latino convening dedicated to a policy-driven, research-based, and data-informed agenda that advances social, cultural, political, economic, and educational progress.
